YOUNG ADULT MINISTRY

Young adults of all ages are welcome to worship with us on Thursdays at 7p at Parker Square. Whether you’re in college, working, or just figuring life out, this is the place for you. Our mission is to grow in relationship with one another while growing in our relationship with Jesus.

WHAT HAPPENS AT YOUNG ADULTS?

WE HAVE COMMUNITY

We are a community of imperfect people who want to know and be known by God and by each other. Centered around Christ, we live side by side, laugh together, and enjoy fellowship around social events (e.g. Christmas parties, bowling, movie nights, game nights, etc), and pre-worship meals. No matter where you are in life, you have a seat at the table in Young Adults Ministry.

WE DISCIPLE

Leaders and volunteers connect in 1-on-1 or 1-on-2 for closer conversation and relationship in the day-to-day following and growing in Christ. Email tino.smith@rpcstaff.org for more.

WE WORSHIP

The RPC worship leader empowers and trains young adult volunteers to lead young adults in engaging worship using a contemporary style.

WE STUDY THE BIBLE

These co-ed studies support our mission to grow young adults to love God and people with their whole person – head, heart, and hands. The Bible study particularly supports growing in knowing God, including scripture teaching, discussion, and application.

WE MEET IN SMALL GROUPS

After service on Thursday nights, we meet in small groups geared towards young adult group discipleship.

WE GIVE BACK

We collaborate with the RPC Missions Team to provide opportunities for serving those in the church and those in the public square.
